About the Role
We are currently recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse in Wirral. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, promote residents’ well-being, and work collaboratively with the care team to maintain excellent standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Deputy Manager in leading and guiding care staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and review person-centred care plans, respecting residents’ dignity, preferences, and individual needs.
- Manage medication safely and ensure compliance with legal, professional, and regulatory requirements.
- Safeguard residents’ welfare, maintain accurate records, and work in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct.

Requirements
- Must have valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Previous nursing experience in a similar healthcare setting is desirable.
- Good knowledge of care planning, medication management, and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to person-centred care.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Sponsorship is not available.
