About the Role:
Are you ready for your next challenge? Then this is the role for you! Join a senior nursing leadership team dedicated to delivering exceptional cancer care across a diverse range of inpatient, ambulatory, and supportive care services. As the Assistant Director of Nursing Cancer Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across CAS inpatient wards, day treatment units, radiation oncology, cancer rapid assessment, and palliative and supportive care services.

Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you will drive high-quality, patient-centred care, support service planning and development, and lead initiatives that enhance clinical excellence and service performance. You will collaborate with Clinical Nurse Consultants to implement evidence-based practice, strengthen clinical governance, and ensure compliance with organisational and national standards.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced nursing leader to influence the future of cancer services and make a lasting impact on patient outcomes.
