Job Title
About the Role
Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients and residents. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs. Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines. Monitor patient conditions and report any concerns promptly. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Follow infection prevention, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams and other professionals. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families. Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and shift requirements. Uphold the professional standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous nursing experience in hospital, care home, or community settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong clinical and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and person-centred care.

Pay
- Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN: Pay Rate £24.00 - £43.50 per hour
- EARN £1,000 to £1,500 PER WEEK AS AN AGENCY NURSE (RGN / RMN)
Flexible Working
- Flexible shifts, Days/Nights, Weekdays/Weekends, Full or Part-time
