Make a Real Difference Every Day

We are looking for an inspirational and experienced Registered Manager to lead Willow Court, our specialist adult nursing care home supporting adults with profound learning disabilities, complex health needs, and multiple disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care. As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, quality, and compliance of the service, ensuring the people we support receive the highest standards of care while promoting independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing.

You will lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team, drive continuous improvement, and help shape a positive, supportive culture where both the people we support and our colleagues can thrive.

About The Role

As the CQC Registered Manager, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of Willow Court, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality care provision.
  • Be accountable for regulatory compliance and maintaining standards in line with CQC requirements.
  • Ensure personalised care and support plans are developed and delivered to meet individual needs and outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of compassion, respect, inclusion, and person-centred care.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of nurses and care professionals.
  • Support Registered Nurses to work in line with NMC professional standards and revalidation requirements.
  • Manage staffing, recruitment, training, performance, and workforce development.
  • Oversee service budgets, expenditure, and resource management to ensure quality and sustainability.
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and champion best practice in safeguarding adults.
  • Build positive relationships with families, commissioners, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive service improvement through quality assurance, audits, and continuous development initiatives.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota alongside other Registered Managers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
