Key Responsibilities
As a registered nurse working in a care home with Newcross, your duties could include:
- Deliver outstanding care – Manage medications, assist with daily living, and ensure holistic well-being.
- Lead with confidence – Guide teams and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure safety & compliance – Follow best practices for infection control and accurate documentation.
- Support residents & families – Provide a compassionate, person-centred approach.
