Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Nights

Fordingbridge, Hampshire: Allegra Care Home

24 hours per week (Wednesday & Saturday nights)

£24.50 per hour

A different kind of care home—where you can truly make an impact

At Fordingbridge Nursing Home, part of the Allegra Care Group, we do things differently.

Our household model of care creates a warm, family-style environment where residents feel safe, respected, and genuinely at home. Here, care goes beyond clinical tasks—it’s about connection, dignity, and helping people live meaningful lives every day.

With a welcoming team, freshly prepared meals from our in-house chef, engaging daily activities, and a true home-from-home atmosphere, Fordingbridge is a place where both residents and staff thrive.

If you’re an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) looking for a more rewarding and relationship-led approach to care, we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role

As a Night Nurse, you will lead and support our Care Partners (Senior Carers) and Care Companions, delivering the kind of care you would want for your own family.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
