Registered Nurse – Richmond Village, Coventry
Location: Richmond Village, Hospital Road, Coventry, CV12 0PB
Salary: £19.40 per hour + excellent benefits, including a £1,000 welcome bonus
Contract: Permanent (24hrs on Nights)

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Richmond Village, you will be a highly respected member of an amazing team and play a pivotal role in driving and running the care unit while fulfilling clinical duties in the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the well-being of residents by meeting physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Actively take responsibility for clinical leadership by providing guidance and instruction to the care team.
- Lead on maintaining high standard CQC compliance, ensuring clinical policies and procedures align with Regulatory Standards.
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues while delivering formal and informal teaching programmes.
- Conduct assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
- Oversee safe working areas and practices, ensuring compliance with policy, legislation, and clinical standards.

Requirements
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the NMC Code of Conduct.
- A positive, energetic disposition that encourages a supportive working environment.
- Caring approach, with a flair for helping residents maintain independence, choice, and dignity.
- Strong communication skills that foster trust and honest rapport between residents, families, and colleagues.
- Passion for mentorship, training, and guiding care teams to uphold best-practice standards.
- A respectful, compassionate attitude with a clear belief in excellence and dedicated professionalism.
