BRADCARE – Seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) in Swadlincote

Founded in 2005, Bradcare is a domiciliary care company based in Swadlincote which has proudly supported individuals and families across South Derbyshire for over 20 years. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing team and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within a nurse-led community care environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in TDDI, complex care and clinical support, who is confident working alongside care teams, individuals and their families to ensure safe, effective and clinically appropriate care within an office and community environment.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will use your clinical knowledge and expertise to ensure complex care is delivered safely, effectively and in accordance with care plans, clinical guidance and Bradcare's quality standards.
You will also work closely with service users, families, care staff and other healthcare professionals to promote independence, dignity, choice and quality of life for our service users.
Hours
This is a part-time position, working one day per week.
Exact hours and working arrangements are open for discussion and will be agreed with the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional nursing expertise and clinical oversight for service users with complex healthcare needs within a community and nurse-led care environment.
- Supporting the assessment, planning, delivery and review of complex care packages.
- Using your knowledge and experience of TDDI and complex care to support safe and effective care delivery in the community.
- Supporting the implementation and review of care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation and maintaining accurate, timely and confidential clinical records in accordance with GDPR and professional requirements.
- Supporting staff with clinical procedures in accordance with training, competency and organisational policies and ensuring care is delivered in accordance with relevant legislation, professional standards and Bradcare policies and supporting safeguarding processes and reporting concerns appropriately.
- Monitoring service users’ health and wellbeing and escalating concerns appropriately.
- Working collaboratively with GPs, OT’s, community nurses, therapists, hospitals and other healthcare professionals.
About You
For this role we require the below:
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
- A qualified Nurse currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience or knowledge of TDDI.
- Experienced in delivering or overseeing complex care.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills and able to work collaboratively with individuals, families and wider healthcare professionals.
- Confident working independently within community settings.
- Able to provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to care staff.
- Passionate about maintaining high standards of care.
- Organised, professional and able to maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Previous experience within community care, complex care or nurse-led care services would be highly desirable.
