🩺 What You'll Be Doing
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play an important role in delivering safe, effective and person-centred care to patients and residents across a variety of settings.
Your Responsibilities May Include
- Providing high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs
- Administering medication safely and effectively
- Monitoring and managing complex clinical needs
- Completing accurate care plans and clinical documentation
- Working collaboratively with healthcare and care teams
- Supporting and mentoring care staff where required
- Recognising and responding appropriately to changes in patients' or residents' conditions
- Promoting dignity, independence and choice at all times
- Adapting confidently to different healthcare environments and client requirements
👩⚕️ What We're Looking For
We're looking for Nurses who are professional, dependable and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding care.
Essential Requirements
- Active NMC registration and valid PIN
- Minimum 6 months' recent UK nursing experience
- Evidence of RCN or Unison membership
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Availability of at least 24 hours per week
- Flexibility to work days and/or nights
- A caring, professional and proactive approach
- Ability to work confidently across different healthcare settings
