About The Role
As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with Barchester, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding care across both our care homes and hospital services. You'll support residents and patients with a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs, ensuring they receive the dignity, respect, and clinical excellence they deserve.
From developing tailored care plans to administering medication safely and making critical clinical decisions, you'll be trusted to use your professional judgement every day. Whether you're working in a care home or hospital environment, you'll help create safe, supportive spaces where people can thrive. About You
- Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN)
- Strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience in producing care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
- Compassionate, person-centred approach with a commitment to excellence
