About the Registered Nurse Role
As a Night Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective and person-centred nursing care to our residents throughout the night.
Working alongside our care team, you will use your clinical knowledge, judgement and leadership skills to maintain high standards of care, respond appropriately to residents' changing needs and ensure clear and accurate clinical documentation.
We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical skills with compassion, professionalism and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of the people we support.
What We’re Looking For
- NMC Registered – You must hold a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Clinical Experience – Previous nursing experience and strong clinical knowledge.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Confident communicating with residents, relatives, colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Confident Night Working – Able to use your clinical judgement and take appropriate action when required during the night.
- Team Player – A flexible and cooperative approach, working effectively alongside our care team.
- Passion for Care – A genuine interest in supporting people within a care home environment.
- Commitment to Quality – A focus on delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
