- Craniotomy patients
- Total radical necks
- Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS)
- Advanced ventilator, chest tube, drips, dialysis, and tracheostomy management

Exceptional Skills & Qualifications Required
You must demonstrate proficiency in:
- Professional nursing standards, clinic protocols, legal practices (RN Practice Act), and Community Health Network’s mission.
- Collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and resource management.
Minimum Qualifications
✔ Graduate of a NCLEX-accredited nursing program:
- NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school
- OR 3 years of related nursing experience.

✔ Licensed RN with a valid Indiana license (Nurse Licensure Compact-NLC compliant).
✔ Notable Preferences (strongly preferred):
- Previous ICU experience—but consideration for new grads and acute care RN’s.
✔ Key Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, teamwork, compassion, accountability.
- Highly self-directed.
✔ Plus Factors:
- EPIC system experience is not required, but helpful.
