Your role as a Registered Nurse will be vital in a hybrid acuity unit, blending Medical-Surgical and Progressive Care acuity levels, in an oncology context.

## Qualifications & Requirements
## Education
- Graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program:
- National League for Nursing (NLN)
- CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education)
- ACEN (Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, formerly NLNAC)
- NLN CNEA (Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation)
- OR Three years of related clinical nursing experience
## Licensure
- Valid Indiana RN license ( USA Nurse Licensure Compact compliant) (Note: out-of-state licensure considered within NLC guidelines.)

## Experience & Training Support
- Mandatory oncology training (6–9 months) for applicants without Oncology experience
- Inpatient nursing expertise required
- EPIC experience viewed as a sduled asset (familiarity with this EMR system encouraged).
