### Requirements
✅ **Licensed Registered Nurse**:
- Graduate of a accredited nursing program (NLN, CCNE, **ACEN**, or **NLN CNEA**), or three years of relevant nursing experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with patients and families to deliver compassionate, collaborative care while adhering to professional standards, the Nurse Practice Act, and our organizational goals.

Must-Have Qualifications & Qualities
- Ancillary groupings and compliance:
- Graduate of: NLN-accredited, CCNE-accredited, ACEN-accredited, or NLNCNEA-accredited nursing program. (OR)
- Three years of recent related professional nursing experience.
- Licensed RN in Indiana (licensure approval and requirement under Indiana Nurse Licensure Compact regulations).
- Strong preference: RN with acute care experience (but willing to consider new graduates).
- Core nursing traits:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Passionate, compassionate, and deeply committed to exceptional patient support.
