Your working hours
We offer full-time night hours. You will need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.
Typical shifts may include:
- Night shifts: [e.g. 7pm - 7:30am]

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
What you’ll do
- Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
- Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
- Administer and manage medicines safely
- Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
- Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
- Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of experience, you’ll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.

- Experience in disability, residential or complex care nursing (advantageous but not essential)

Established over 75 years ago, we provide specialist support across residential care, supported living and respite services. Our teams work with people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments and learning disabilities.
