Registered Nurse – Trevern Residential and Nursing Home

About the Role
Location: Trevern Residential and Nursing Home, 72 Melvill Rd, Falmouth TR11 4DD Salary: £21.69 per hour + £3,000 welcome bonus Hours: 34.5 hours per week

Responsibilities
Sanctuary Care Nurses provide a wide range of responsibilities including:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care aligned with the NMC code
- Demonstrating exceptional clinical knowledge and competence with a research-based practice approach
- Ensuring excellent communication and record-keeping skills
- Committing to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
- Managing holistic care and emergency situations
- Leading a team of care professionals with kindness and compassion
- Collaborating effectively with internal and external teams
- Supporting the learning and development of clinical colleagues and student nurses
- Valuing and respecting older people and their individual needs

Requirements
- Current registered nurse status with the NMC
- Valid criminal records check and safeguarding training preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to person-centred care
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and document effectively
- Willingness to adapt to a demanding environment with compassion
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
