Location: Mirfield (WF14)

Hours: Full-time (37.5hrs) part-time may be considered, please email us to enquire.

Shift times: 3 x 12.5hr shifts, including alternate weekends and occasional night cover when needed.

Hourly Rate: £20.06-£22.06 (DOE)

About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care and support individuals to achieve the highest quality of life. The role is advertised as full-time, at 37.5hrs per week, however we may consider part-time roles, please email our recruitment team if you are interested in part-time before submitting your application - recruitment@hollybanktrust.com

As a Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care programmes for adults with complex health needs. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality clinical care, advocate for the people we support, and promote dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times.

  • Develop and utilise advanced clinical skills in a specialist care environment.
  • Lead, assess and coordinate person-centred nursing care for adults with complex physical and learning disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with therapists, support workers, families and external healthcare professionals.
  • Mentor, coach and support colleagues, helping to develop clinical knowledge and best practice across the team.
  • Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives and positive outcomes for the people we support.
  • Build your expertise within a highly skilled nursing and multidisciplinary care setting while making a genuine difference every day.
