Twenty Four Seven Nursing is recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to join our team, with shifts available across care homes, nursing homes and other healthcare settings. Whether you're after regular weekly hours, extra shifts alongside another role, or more flexibility around your current commitments, we'll work around your availability.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver safe, high-quality clinical care and lead the wider care team, ensuring residents' needs are met in line with their individual care plans. Your responsibilities may include:
- Carrying out clinical assessments and developing individual care plans
- Administering medication safely and in line with NMC guidelines
- Leading, supervising and supporting Healthcare Assistants and junior staff
- Liaising with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Responding to changes in residents' conditions and escalating appropriately
- Following safeguarding, infection control and care quality procedures
What We're Looking For
- Current NMC registration (RGN/RN) with a valid PIN
- A minimum of 12 months' UK experience as a Registered Nurse; care home or nursing home experience is preferred
- A valid, up-to-date DBS check, or willingness to complete one
- Strong clinical, communication and leadership skills
- A caring, reliable and professional approach to work
- Flexibility to work across different services in Bradford and the wider West Yorkshire area
- The right to work in the UK
