Exciting Opportunity for a Band 4 Nursing Associate
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 4 Nursing Associate to join our Community Mental Health Team based at Avon House Tewksbury.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting patients with severe mental illness through, delivering high quality person-centred care within a supportive, established and passionate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently under the guidance of Registered Nurses, contributing to holistic mental and physical health assessment, treatment and monitoring.
- Enjoys collaborative team working, and is passionate about improving the lives of adults with complex mental health needs.
- Be passionate and enthusiastic about patient care putting patients at the heart of everything you do.
- Work in a multi-professional team and be able to think on the spot and be empathetic whilst developing the art of the quality conversation to ensure effective conversation with our patients.
- Communicate effectively with other staff and patients.
- Work alone and unsupervised.
- Access to a car to complete patient visits in the community and clinical settings.
