Are you a Registered Nursing Associate looking for a new challenge?
ITAPS is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic registered Nursing Associate to join their new team.
We are a friendly team of experienced and highly skilled staff, making this a perfect learning environment for band 4's wanting to develop their skills or explore a ITU and Theatres of nursing.
We have vacancies available across all 3 sites Leicester Royal Infirmary, Leicester General Hospital and Glenfield Hospital.

As a band 4 in ITAPS you will have a clear development plan. In addition to your induction and new starter appraisal each specialty will clearly outline a plan of learning for you to follow.

On your application please state which area you are applying to, either ITU or Theatres.
To support the Registered Nurse in the contribution of ongoing assessment and care planning for patients.
- To promote health and prevent ill health in patients and service users and contribute to integrated care.
- To monitor the condition and health need of patients on a continual basis in partnership with colleagues, families and carers, referring to others for reassessment, when required.
- The Nursing Associate will actively contribute to an effective learning environment and support others in their learning.
- Nursing Associates will adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Code of Conduct for Nurses, Midwives and Nursing Associates and work within their scope of practice following the professional standards of practice and behaviours for nurses, midwives and nursing associates and the standards of proficiency.
