Green Lanes Pharmacy is a community-focused retail pharmacy based in North London, United Kingdom. Role Description
Exciting opportunity for an ambitious pharmacist to join our team initially on a locum basis, with the potential to move into a full-time role, in a modern, automated pharmacy co-located within a large GP surgery. The role is focused on helping develop and grow NHS and private services, with profit share linked to service growth and, for the right person, the future opportunity to acquire a share in the pharmacy.

Qualifications
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and eligibility to practice in the United Kingdom.
- Strong clinical knowledge of medications, therapeutic areas, and evidence-based practice, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to dispense accurately, check prescriptions safely, and follow standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Able to provide NHS and Private pharmacy services including Flu and Covid vaccinations, Pharmacy First, Contraception, Weight Management, Travel Vaccinations amongst others.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for counseling patients, collaborating with prescribers, and working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload in a busy retail setting, and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience in community pharmacy or similar patient-facing settings; familiarity with UK pharmacy systems and NHS services is an advantage.
- Comfort with using pharmacy IT systems, electronic prescription services, and basic office software to support dispensing and record-keeping.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory patient care and adherence to professional ethical standards.
