Job Description:
Accountable for performing and coordinating and scoring physiologic studies of sleep and sleep-related disorders.
The incumbent provides care to patients via technology, therapeutic interventions, and coordination of care with other health care professionals.

Essential Functions
- Perform overnight Polysomnographic studies, using various modes of Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy interventions.
- Perform Home Sleep Apnea Tests (HSAT).
- Monitors and documents on patients undergoing physiologic studies.
- Monitors and tracks equipment and supplies.
- Completes record keeping and charting.
- Ability to address and solve both technical and interpersonal problems.
- Demonstrated communication skills.
- Ability to use computerized and mechanical equipment efficiently.
- Ability to Score Studies according to AASM guidelines.
- Obtain 10 Continuing Education Credits (CEC) related to sleep medicine annually.
- This position provides supervision, mentorship, and orientation/ongoing education of the PSG Tech and PST CPSGT.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Degree or GED
- BLS Certification or RQI for Healthcare Providers
- Current RPSGT/RST or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) licensed in the state of practice, if required
- Available to work varying shifts, including night shift.
- Specific certifications or skills as required by facility or patient population (i.e. PALS, ACLS, NRP).

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$29.43 - $45.39
