Perthshire & Falkirk, Scotland
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

The Role
Compass Associates are delighted to be partnering with a growing national care provider to recruit a Registered Service Manager to oversee two adult supported living services across Perthshire & Falkirk.
This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for two distinct services: an established, stable supported living service, alongside a newly developed three-bed service supporting individuals with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for quality, compliance, people leadership, and operational performance across both services, supported by a strong local and regional leadership structure.

Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Manager with a strong background within adult supported living, learning disabilities, autism, and/or complex needs services.
They will be a visible, hands-on, and values-led leader, comfortable supporting individuals with behaviours that can challenge whilst developing strong teams and maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and person-centred care.
This opportunity would particularly suit an established Registered Manager looking for greater operational scope, the opportunity to shape and develop a newly established service, and genuine progression within a growing organisation.

Requirements
- Previous Registered Manager experience within adult supported living or complex care services
- SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care
- Strong experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and/or complex needs
- Strong understanding of Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent people leadership and service development skills
- Full UK driving licence
