Registered Support Manager

Salary: £52,758 per annum

Location: Lancashire

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced care leader with a passion for delivering outstanding resident care and leading high-performing teams?

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Support Manager to play a pivotal role in the successful opening and ongoing operation of a new service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead care delivery within a forward-thinking environment that is committed to providing exceptional support for older people, including those living with dementia.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for care quality, regulatory compliance, and clinical leadership, helping to shape a service that delivers outstanding outcomes for residents and their families.

  • Act as the Registered Manager for the service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Take accountability for care quality, governance, compliance, and service standards.
  • Lead and inspire the care, regulation, and clinical teams to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.
  • Support the successful mobilisation and opening of the new village.
  • Champion high-quality dementia care and person-centred support.
  • Work collaboratively with the General Manager, who will oversee front-of-house operations.
  • Help develop and embed an innovative intergenerational care model.
  • Contribute to the organisation's wider vision for excellence in care provision.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience as a Registered Manager or within a similar regulated care leadership position.
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Experience managing residential care services.
  • Proven ability to lead care quality, clinical teams, and operational standards.
  • Ideally, experience supporting or leading the opening and mobilisation of new care services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and enhancing residents' quality of life.
