If you are a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a new and exciting opportunity over a 4-day week, in a welcoming practice, then we may have the perfect role for you here at Norwich Sprowston!
About us
We have a supportive, experienced team with a number having long service, and some certificate holders. Our practice is fully equipped with ultrasound, digital x-ray, endoscopy, tonometry, slit lamp, gonioscope, tonometry, orthopaedic kit, multi parameter units for theatre and full in-house lab. We also have 2 mental health first aiders in our team in practice.
We are a large team here at Norwich Sprowston and we pride ourselves on being close knit and passionate. We know how to have fun whilst also being very supportive to one another. Our enthusiasm for our work ignites us as a team and we would love for you to join our work family!
About you
The role involves a full range of RVN duties within a busy first-opinion practice setting, including nurse consultations, theatre work, anaesthesia and inpatient care. We will fully empower you to utilise your skills and experience through our varied caseload.

You will help with the daily running of the practice to ensure a high standard of patient and client care. We actively encourage skill development and welcome nurses who want to grow their confidence and interests.
This is a full-time role covering 38 hours per week over 4 x 9 hour days and will include 1 in 8 weekends (Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 10.30am-4.30pm). Part-time hours can also be considered.

Norwich is a small city on the East coast of the UK. We are half an hour from the coast, have the Norfolk Broads just down the road and are about 2 hours from London.
