About the Role
Here at Southend Victoria Vets for Pets, we enjoy watching our colleagues grow into their chosen careers and are now looking for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team. We are looking for a confident, friendly RVN to join our nursing team; someone who has a genuine passion for animal healthcare and one who strives to deliver the very best for our patients and clients.
Location
Based on the London Road Retail Park, not far from the local train stations (Southend Victoria and Southend Central), our practice is bright, spacious, air-conditioned and purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory facilities.
Responsibilities
You'll be working alongside our fantastic Clinical Team and our Client Care Advisors, carrying out a wide range of tasks. We're looking for a team player who is willing to get stuck in, work hard, and is keen to learn. We'll provide support to get you going, and you'll quickly become an integral member of the team.

We can consider both full and part time hours for the role including 1 in 4 weekends.
We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic team player who is keen to work in a progressive, fast paced first opinion practice, with high clinical standards. You’ll be a confident and motivated RVN with some experience behind you, if you are interested in and/or are a clinical coach this would be an advantage.
The key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the veterinary nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care. You'll have the opportunity to help us shape the practice from day one.
