About us:
We are a locally owned practice with full clinical autonomy and over 10 years of experience, having built a vast and varied caseload supported by a loyal client base. Our fun and friendly team of nine enjoys regular team gatherings, including meals, parties, and seasonal celebrations throughout the year.
Our diverse team of veterinary surgeons has interests spanning internal medicine, surgery, imaging, and ophthalmology. We would be delighted to welcome a nurse with a special area of interest and are happy to support this through tailored CPD opportunities.

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse at Vets for Pets Oxford Cowley, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to both our patients and clients, while helping to maintain our friendly and positive practice culture. You’ll have the chance to utilise your nursing skills to their full potential, managing cases from admission through inpatient and anaesthetic care to discharge.
We actively support and encourage CPD, including training in Schedule 3 procedures. We also welcome and support specific areas of interest such as inpatient care, diagnostic laboratory work, and both medical and surgical nursing.
This role is full time working 40 hours a week with no OOH.
