You will be:

  • Supporting with surgical procedures, diagnostics and inpatient care.
  • Developing and growing nurse-led consultations and preventative healthcare services.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN).
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care.
  • Organised, proactive and enjoys improving processes.
  • Excited by the opportunity to build and develop a practice.
  • A supportive team player who enjoys helping others succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Typically, in this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver exceptional care to patients, carrying out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards.
  • Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges.
  • Deliver exceptional care to your clients.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team.
  • You also will be working 36 hours per week (Mon-Fri) over 4 or 5 days a week.
  • 1 in 6 Weekends in our 24H hospital at Kensington (Saturday and Sunday).
  • To ensure that we deliver the best care to our clients, you would be supporting our 24H hospital over Bank holidays (2 Per year).
  • You will assist our dedicated night teams during periods of increased caseload (2-3 weeks of on-call duty).
  • Weekend and hospital work provides valuable exposure to more complex cases while giving you the opportunity to work alongside and build relationships with colleagues across the wider region.
