Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN): Weybridge
Weybridge Full-Time 4.5 Days Per Week 9am-6pm No Weekends No Out-of-Hours
We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our client's friendly and supportive team in Weybridge.
Whether you're an experienced RVN, recently qualified, or returning to veterinary nursing, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent patient care, enjoys working collaboratively, and values a positive work-life balance.

The Role
As an RVN, you'll be involved in a varied range of nursing responsibilities, including:
- Clinical Nursing: Providing excellent inpatient care, including patient monitoring, administering treatments, and maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Anaesthesia Support: Assisting with anaesthetic induction, monitoring, and recovery across a range of procedures.
- Surgical Assistance: Preparing theatres, supporting veterinary surgeons during operations, and maintaining high standards of sterility and patient safety.
- Laboratory Work: Performing in-house diagnostic tests, preparing samples, and helping maintain laboratory equipment.
- Client Communication: Providing clear and empathetic advice to clients on post-operative care, nutrition, preventative healthcare, and general pet wellbeing.
- Nurse Clinics: Conducting routine clinics such as weight checks, nail clips, parasite-control advice, and senior pet reviews.
- Practice Support: Maintaining stock levels, upholding cleanliness and infection-control standards, and contributing to a positive team culture.
