You will be:

  • Supporting with surgical procedures, diagnostics, and inpatient care.

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN).
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care.
  • Organized, proactive, and enjoys improving processes.
  • Excited by the opportunity to build and develop a practice.
  • A supportive team player who enjoys helping others succeed.

What you’ll be doing

Typically, in this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver exceptional care to patients, carrying out nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries, and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
  • Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges.
  • Deliver exceptional care to your clients.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team.

You also will be working 36 hours per week (Mon-Fri) over 4 or 5 days a week:

  • 1 in 6 Weekends in our 24H hospital at Hendon (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Supporting our 24H hospital over Bank holidays (2 Per year).
  • Assisting our dedicated night teams during periods of increased caseload (2-3 Weeks of On call Duty).

Weekend and hospital work provides valuable exposure to more complex cases while giving you the opportunity to work alongside and build relationships with colleagues across the wider region.
