At Bristol Abbey Wood Vets for Pets, we're looking for a passionate and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, locally owned, 5-star rated practice, where exceptional patient care and team wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.
We are a progressive practice, and our goal is to provide world class clinical care at the very heart of our community.
You will be a dynamic and proactive nurse with solid all-round skills. Key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the veterinary nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care and working well within our team. If you are keen to develop within your own area of interest, we offer a generous CPD allowance.
The Role
- 40 hours per week
- 1 in 8 weekends
- No out-of-hours
- Shared bank holiday rota
- Salary from £30,000

About You
We're looking for a confident and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse who is passionate about delivering outstanding clinical care and supporting those around them.
You will:
- Be a proactive and supportive team player with excellent communication skills
- Lead by example, inspiring and mentoring colleagues within the nursing team
- Be highly organised with a strong commitment to maintaining high clinical standards
- Be a Clinical Coach, or keen to work towards becoming one
- Enjoy guiding clients through every stage of their pet's journey with empathy and professionalism
- Thrive in a busy environment and approach each day with positivity, enthusiasm, and compassion
- Take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, patients, and colleagues alike
