Registered Veterinary Nurse Vacancy – Southend Victoria Vets for Pets

About the Role

At Southend Victoria Vets for Pets, we relish seeing our team members grow in their careers. We are now seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our dynamic nursing team.

We are looking for a confident, friendly RVN who:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, progressive first opinion practice with high clinical standards.

The Practice Environment

Based at the London Road Retail Park (near Southend Victoria & Southend Central train stations), our bright, spacious and air-conditioned purpose-built clinic pays homage to industry-leading standards. Facilities include:

  • State-of-the-art equipment
  • Digital X-ray
  • In-house laboratory

This vibrant setting supports a welcoming Clinical Team & Client Care Advisory Group, where your contributions will shine.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, you’ll undertake a wide range of nursing duties, including:

  • Supporting clinical casework and patient care
  • Assisting with diagnostics and treatment plans
  • Enhancing exceptional patient and client experiences
  • Performing procedural tasks that meet industry standards
  • Offering your expertise in clinical coaching (advantageous but not mandatory)

Working Arrangements

Hospital hours are flexible:

  • Options include full or part-time employment
  • One weekend shift in every four (1 in 4 weekends)
