About us:
Launched in June 2020, Wolfe Vets is independently owned, with RCVS accredited small animal veterinary care based in Chiswick and Fulham.
We offer an exceptional standard of round the clock care, with referral treatments and facilities, as well as all the routine consultations, health checks and procedures expected at a family vet. We are passionate about pets and animal welfare; we believe that pets and their owners deserve to be treated with expertise and compassion.
Our client base has grown significantly since we first opened our doors and we are delighted that our reputation for the highest standards of care, means that many new pet owners register with us every day.

The role:
This role requires an enthusiastic, registered veterinary nurse to form part of our highly skilled and friendly team at Wolfe Vets.
This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys using their initiative and is able to work accurately, to a high standard, ensuring the best care is given to our patients and clients.
Role responsibilities:
- Anaesthesia. We are invested in offering anaesthesia at a level that is higher than most GP practices. Full training will be given in this area.
- Inpatient care. We welcome nursing input on patient care and use digital monitoring for clear accurate care plans.
- Dentistry. Training will be given in taking full mouth radiographs and scale & polishing.
- Radiography & CT scanning
- Use and maintenance of Idexx lab machines
- Admissions and nurse consults
Preferred experience (training can be provided):
- Orthopaedic surgical nursing
- Chemotherapy nursing
- Endoscopy nursing
- Capnography/ECG/Ventilator knowledge

Hours & facilities:
The role is mainly daytime working, as we have a fully staffed night team, but on occasion (e.g.: staff sickness, holidays or unavoidable emergencies) you may have the opportunity to cover out of hours patient care or emergencies.
Work takes place in our purpose-built clinic on Chiswick High Road, Chiswick and in our purpose-built hospital on Wandsworth Bridge Road, Fulham.
