About Us

We're a friendly, diverse team who genuinely enjoy working together and sharing knowledge. Our experienced nursing team brings over 20 years of expertise across first opinion and emergency care, while our front-of-house colleagues offer 15 years of customer care experience, creating a confident, capable, and welcoming environment for both clients and patients.

Collaboration and development are at the heart of what we do. We regularly invest in both internal and external CPD, and we're passionate about helping every team member grow. Whether you have a particular clinical interest or are looking to develop new skills, you'll be fully supported by both the practice and our experienced regional network.

The Role

Due to continued growth in caseload, we're now seeing a broader and more complex range of medical and surgical cases, offering excellent variety in your day-to-day nursing role.

Working alongside our experienced veterinary team and visiting specialists in areas such as orthopaedics and cardiology, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of interesting cases while delivering exceptional patient care.

Our purpose-built surgery is equipped to a high clinical standard, giving you the tools, space, and support needed to thrive in your role.

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse who enjoys all aspects of first opinion practice. You'll be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient and client care. Whether you're newly qualified or bring years of experience, you'll be supported to develop your career and pursue your interests.

Working Pattern

  • Part-time – 30 hours per week
  • Weekend rota shared fairly across the team

Our practice is located in Menai Retail Park, offering a wide range of shops and convenient free on-site parking—perfect for a quick lunch or post-work errands.

From the stunning Bangor Cathedral to the nearby Snowdonia National Park and beautiful coastal beaches, there's plenty to explore. You'll also have easy access to larger cities such as Chester, Liverpool, and Manchester for days out or weekend trips.
