Proud to promote a healthy work-life balance, offering flexible working hours

The Practice

Chippenham Vets for Pets

We are ideally located with excellent transport connections, close to the M4 and the local train station. The practice benefits from a large on-site car park with free parking for staff and clients. Our modern, well-equipped surgery features advanced diagnostic and surgical facilities, including digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, VGels, and multiparameter monitoring systems. These resources enable our clinical team to consistently deliver high standards of veterinary care.

We are committed to supporting our nurses as veterinary professionals, ensuring they have the opportunity to fully develop and utilise their clinical skills. Our structure allows nurses to take ownership of nurse-led clinics and perform Schedule 3 procedures. Client care is supported by a dedicated team of Client Care Advisors, allowing nurses to focus on clinical responsibilities and patient care. Our established training practice includes a nursing team of six (four RVNs and two VCAs), supported by reception staff and a Practice Manager.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
