Registered Veterinary Nurse - Shape the Future of a Growing Practice

Looking for a nursing role where you can truly make an impact, develop your skills, and be part of a supportive team? At Exeter Vets for Pets, we're excited to welcome a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and growing practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit team that genuinely values its nurses and encourages them to use their skills to their full potential. From nurse consults and inpatient care to anaesthetic monitoring and surgical support, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional patient care every day.

You'll be joining a welcoming team of five Vets, six RVNs and a Student Veterinary Nurse, with a strong focus on learning and development. Whether you're looking to build your confidence, develop new clinical interests or work towards a certificate, we'll support you every step of the way with generous CPD and genuine progression opportunities. We would be keen for the applicant to further progress in Schedule 3 skills.

What we're looking for:

  • RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse
  • Strong all-round nursing skills and a passion for patient care
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Someone who is enthusiastic about learning and developing their career

The Role

  • Full or part-time hours – happy to discuss hours
  • 1 in 4 weekends
  • No out-of-hours or overnight inpatient checks
