About the Role
Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking to appoint a Registrar to join its busy and thriving Marketing & Admissions Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruiting pupils at King's High School and ensuring prospective families receive an exceptional experience as they become part of our school community.
The Registrar will be the principal point of contact for prospective families and will ensure that the admissions process at King's High School is administered efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities will include:

- Managing enquiries
- Processing applications
- Arranging visits and tours
- Coordinating offers and acceptances
- Maintaining accurate registration and waiting lists
Requirements
The successful applicant will have:
- Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service
- Be highly organised, professional, and capable of working to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively during peak periods of activity

Terms of Employment
- Hours of Work: 37.5 hours a week
- Weeks per year: All year round i.e. 52 weeks a year
- Pay Banding: Foundation pay scale 24 to 27 which is equivalent to £30,589 to £33,648 per annum.
