Job Opportunity: Registration Authority Agent

Are you interested in working in the digital space? Passionate about improving health and care through providing digital support services and helping to future-proof our NHS through digital transformation? If the answer is yes, then we want to talk to you!

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Team.

As a Registration Authority Agent, you will help ensure the governance and security of information accessed via NHS applications using smartcards. You will be responsible for producing smartcards, confirming the identity of users, and ensuring staff have the correct level of access for their role, in line with local and national Registration Authority policies, thus maintaining the security and integrity of data held within NHS spine applications.

Ensuring service levels and targets are met as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands is essential.

The successful candidate will be expected to work across any NHIS base as well as other customer/partner bases as and when required, therefore a clean driving licence and access to a car is required.
