Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on registration, compliance, annual returns, professional indemnity insurance, and regulatory schemes.
- Support the maintenance of accurate registration records and regulatory data.
- Assess cases, determine appropriate actions, and escalate where required.
- Deliver excellent customer service through phone and email support.
- Contribute to compliance processes, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will be doing
- Advising firms and professionals on regulatory requirements.
- Managing registration and compliance-related enquiries.
- Reviewing information and making evidence-based decisions.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting regulatory processes.
- Managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and service standards.

About You
You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and sound judgement. You enjoy working collaboratively, can manage a varied workload, and are confident making risk-based decisions in a changing environment.
We are looking for someone who can bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
- The ability to make robust, risk-based decisions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to analyse and interpret regulatory information and apply RICS rules and professional standards accurately and consistently.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Professionalism, discretion, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Desirable: Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance systems, or professional indemnity insurance processes
