Description
Imagination is a global experience design company, founded on the principle of independent creativity. Our live event offering creates big ideas that harness culture to make brands more relevant. Event logistics is an integral team within our Live Production multi-discipline department of experts in their fields.
The role needs to deliver a comprehensive suite of delegate management services and registration systems across multiple client portfolios. Reporting to and supporting the Guest Experience Data Lead, the candidate will have the opportunity to work with the event delivery teams and plan, setup and execute event registration and data management for a diverse range of projects with varying needs. The candidate will also be supporting the data lead on supplier management and platform development needs to ensure the optimum registration technology is available for each event.
The role has a client-facing element, the candidate will be liaising with clients across our portfolio and will be required to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully deliver event registration/delegate management solutions for projects across our client portfolio, from the office and onsite as required
- Deliver a seamless guest experience throughout their registration journey
- Support the logistics and event data teams on ad-hoc projects as required. I.E., system troubleshooting, being a helping hand as required to drive projects forward
- Support the Guest Experience Data Lead to research, plan, and develop event registration sites
- Work with the data lead to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies i.e. within registration tools, processes and other resources

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Some experience working with delegate registration/management platforms, ready for the next step in their career in delegate management
- Proven track record of managing and delivering global corporate events
- Some experience within the Technology Solutions and tools for business, has a special interest in the events industry
- Tech savvy, is interested in event registration and client engagement technology
- Maintain and develop both client and third-party supplier relationships
- Understand clients, competition and strategy has experience in b2b client-facing roles
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google documents and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of information security and business systems, GDPR
- Fluency in additional European Languages would be a significant benefit
- Be an intelligent, ambitious, highly motivated team player, with a commitment to quality, client satisfaction and professionalism
- Must be able to communicate well and build relationships with clients, other departments/colleagues and have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise work and deliver under pressure, pro-active with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Flexible and adaptable to new challenges and requirements and committed to learn and grow
- Meticulous attention to detail and a creative mind
- Willing and able to travel internationally for work, and from time to time work unsociable hours (inc. weekends) for extended periods
