What you'll be doing

The Registration Manager is responsible for overseeing all attendee registration operations within the Digital team, from the initial client brief to post-event reporting. The goal is to provide a seamless, high-quality service and a memorable client experience while ensuring that all legal, regulatory, and health and safety requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Set the scope of registration and create, review and edit timelines and plans for projects to keep everything on track
  • Lead and oversee the registration setup and operation for assigned events, making sure the right registration solution is provided and project documentation is updated
  • Keep excellent user knowledge of registration software, attend regular relevant skills training and lead research and innovation into new technologies and solutions to offer the best client experiences and solutions
  • Track and report on registration metrics ensuring data quality and client reporting meets expectations
  • Handle event inboxes within service level agreements providing outstanding customer service to event attendees, answering questions and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Be accountable for ensuring that everything is delivered as planned on-site, providing direction and guidance to Nteractive and supplier teams, and creatively solving problems as they arise
  • Work together with the Account Director and Project Manager to understand the event objectives, internal and external resource needs, and translate these into a detailed registration plan
  • Negotiate, review and manage supplier contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and consistent delivery to agreed standards and deadlines
  • Seek to continuously improve events and team efficiency through analysis of data collected during and after the show, to allow trend forecasting for future years and to deliver a client improvement plan after every event
  • Own project documentation and be responsible for the company framework for all registration services
  • Manage small teams, providing daily guidance and support as needed, sharing knowledge and experience to develop their skills and demonstrate the Nteractive values at all times

Skills/experience

And should have the following experience:

  • Proven registration management skills at a similar level, delivering projects to deadlines and budget
  • Proven knowledge of several registration technology platforms including RainFocus, Cvent & Aventri
  • A track record of delivering high quality customer focused services
  • Good logistical and analytical management skills, ideally in an events business
  • Proficient in various software applications, to include Excel, Office, relational databases and to be able to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.

Other requirements

  • Quiet home environment from which to work (although the successful candidate may be required to be office based and have the ability to travel to the office to aid team collaboration or meet client needs).
  • Minimum of 25MB download and 2MB upload speed for home broadband capacity to meet Nteractive homeworking business requirements.
  • Liking for and ability to undertake international travel throughout the calendar.
