WHO WE ARE:

At CloserStill, we strive to deliver the best. We’re on a mission to be the most dynamic B2B events and communities business in every market we serve, bringing people together to learn, connect and grow.

Operating across five regions, we power over 200 market-leading events, publications and brands across Business Technologies, Healthcare, Learning, HR & Education, and Future Transport & Infrastructure.

But what truly sets us apart is our people. Our teams are diverse, driven, and united by a shared commitment to excellence. Rooted in our core values of ownership, empathy, teamwork, integrity, and determination, we empower every employee to grow, shape their own path and make a meaningful impact.

Joining CloserStill means being part of something bigger - not just building events, but creating opportunities, connections, and lasting value for the communities we serve.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You're someone who owns platform performance end-to-end. You don't accept "that's just how it works" you audit it, challenge it, and push for better. You’re equally comfortable having a difficult conversation with a supplier about service failures as you are getting hands-on to resolve a technical issue. From time to time, this may mean supporting critical issues outside of normal working hours, particularly around key events and launches.

You understand registration as a customer touchpoint, not a back-office function. You're detail-focused but strategic, you see patterns across the business and you make recommendations that stick. You enjoy solving problems that sit at the intersection of technology, vendor management and customer experience.

THE ROLE:

Own Registration & Event Technology

  • Act as the central owner of registration, event apps, lead scanning, badge printing and related platforms across all CloserStill portfolios
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers; challenge them on performance, capability, roadmaps, costs and value
  • Maintain standards across data capture, permissions, consent and platform configuration
  • Reduce supplier dependency by building strong internal ownership and technical understanding

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
