Registration Officer – Temporary | UKCP
Remote | £15–£17 per hour | Full-time | ASAP start (immediately available)
We’re working with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) to find an experienced Registration Officer to provide urgent temporary support to their busy registration team, initially until the end of September.
This is a hands-on role supporting UKCP’s members and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of its professional register. You’ll be responding to member enquiries, updating records, processing applications and supporting membership and registration administration.

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, learn quickly and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
We’d particularly like to hear from you if you have:
- Experience within membership, registration, accreditation, certification or a similar administrative environment
- Strong CRM/database experience – Salesforce would be helpful but isn’t essential
- Experience handling a high volume of email and telephone enquiries
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and the confidence to ask questions when something isn’t clear
- The ability to work effectively in a busy, collaborative team
