About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registration Officer to join The Registration Service at Hampshire County Council. We are recruiting for two permanent part-time positions based in Winchester.
Hampshire Registration Service is an innovative and forward-thinking organization, currently delivering in excess of 10,000 birth registrations, 10,750 death registrations, 11,900 notices of marriage / civil partnership (CP) and 6,000 ceremonies each year.
The Role
The day-to-day work will require you to:
- Register Births, Deaths and take Notices of Marriage / Civil Partnership (CP)
- Register Marriage and CP ceremonies
- Register Citizenship ceremonies and other non-statutory ceremonies
- Perform other duties as required
