This is an exciting opportunity to join BHASVIC as our Registry and Data Manager. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic, and able to analyse and interpret data with a high level of accuracy.
You will take overall responsibility for the accuracy, quality and compliance of BHASVIC's student and course-related data, including the timely submission of valid and accurate statutory returns to funding bodies, alongside managing the Registry and Attendance teams.

You will bring excellent knowledge of the education sector, funding rules and regulations, and audit regimes, along with a strong understanding of data requirements and processing.
You will also need leadership experience and excellent IT skills. You'll be working with a range of digital systems and software packages — full training will be provided, but you should be confident using the full Microsoft suite and keen to learn new systems and technologies.
Contract details:
- Permanent
- Full time: 37 hours per week
- Working pattern: Flexible with start and finish times between 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday.
- Salary: £36,564 per annum (based on spine point 19 of grade 6 in the Support Staff pay spine). This salary will rise to £39,957 per annum over 4 years subject to performance.
- Annual leave entitlement 24 days per year plus bank holidays rising to 29 days after 5 years’ service.
- You will automatically become a member of the Local Government Pension scheme http://www.eastsussexpensionfund.org
