Regulatory Affairs Executive

Are you a regulatory professional looking for a role where your advice genuinely influences products, innovation, and commercial decisions?

We’re working with an exciting and growing animal health business to recruit a Regulatory Affairs Executive into its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with regulatory, technical, or compliance experience who wants to play a hands-on role in supporting the development and growth of a well-established portfolio of pet health products.

Working across the UK, Europe, and international markets, you’ll provide practical regulatory guidance across the full product lifecycle, from new ingredients and formulations through to labelling, claims, product launches, and ongoing market compliance.

What will you be doing?

You’ll act as a key regulatory partner to the wider business, translating legislation and technical requirements into clear, commercially practical advice. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing ingredients, formulations, and product changes against relevant UK and EU legislation
  • Reviewing labels, packaging, and product information
  • Assessing marketing claims and ensuring they are appropriately substantiated
  • Supporting new product development from early concept through to launch
  • Providing regulatory support for international market entry, registrations, and documentation
  • Advising on import and export requirements
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and identifying their potential impact on the business
  • Working closely with R&D, Innovation, Quality, Vet Technical, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations
  • Developing regulatory guidance, processes, and documentation across the business
  • Supporting the business with regulatory training and helping non-regulatory colleagues understand what good compliance looks like

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
