Can you turn regulatory complexity into commercial success while guiding the launch of tomorrow's market-leading products?

R&D Partners is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of regulatory experts and drive strategic initiatives in the cosmetics and OTC sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring compliance in product development and market launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and manage a team of four regulatory experts to enable effective product strategies.
  • Regulatory Strategy: Define and implement a regulatory strategy that supports new product development and successful market launches.
  • Product Development Compliance: Oversee regulatory activities aligned with the company's three-year global product development plan.
  • Horizon Scanning: Build strong external networks to identify threats and opportunities in the evolving regulatory landscape.
  • Processes & Governance: Develop efficient processes to streamline regulatory activities across new and existing product lines.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience within the cosmetic or OTC sector.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulatory environment.
  • Pragmatic, logical, and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, motivating, and integrating teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize a varied workload.
  • Commercial acumen and business awareness.
