Are you passionate about regulatory compliance and product safety, and keen to make a real impact within a global manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a detail-driven Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join a forward-thinking business that works closely with international customers.

In this role, you will take ownership of regulatory activities supporting both the business and its customers. You’ll act as a key point of contact for regulatory documentation, ensure ongoing compliance with regulations, and provide expert guidance across sales, customer care, purchasing, and product development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain European regulatory systems
  • Compile and manage regulatory data for raw materials and finished products
  • Respond to customer regulatory enquiries with clear, accurate feedback
  • Maintain and update supplier compliance documentation
  • Support product safety audits and quality systems
  • Prepare and manage Drug Master Files for European products

Requirements

  • A degree in a scientific or technical discipline such as Chemistry, Food Science, Environmental Health & Safety, or similar
  • Strong experience in regulatory compliance and product safety, ideally within manufacturing
  • Familiarity with global food safety standards
  • Confident written and spoken communicator
