The Role

Join NEOM Wellbeing's Product Development team as our Regulatory & Product Assistant/Executive, based in London. Helping one of the UK's fastest-growing, award-winning wellbeing brands scale responsibly.

Day to day, you'll manage regulatory documentation, submit product notifications, and partner with manufacturers, retailers and internal teams across NPD, Commercial and Customer Service. Expect variety, real ownership, and plenty of room to develop as NEOM expands into new markets.

Alongside a monthly product allowance and generous staff discount, we offer enhanced healthcare coverage, extra wellbeing days, your birthday off, time to volunteer, and enhanced maternity entitlement. We are a business with real purpose, genuine values, and a team that lives them. If you are a Good Egg who will Challenge the Status Quo and knows that Attitude is Everything, we would love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
