Gravitiq is a consumer brand group that owns, builds and scales health, wellness and beauty brands into profitable, omnichannel category leaders, starting with products that make people’s lives better. We are rapidly growing in several areas but predominantly in cosmetics and food supplements as well as medical devices and general products.

Having scaled rapidly, we are now strengthening the foundations of the business to support continued growth, increasing retailer complexity and expansion across international markets. We are seeking a commercially minded Regulatory & Quality Senior Manager to lead and evolve our regulatory and quality functions across all categories and territories.

Role Purpose

The Regulatory & Quality Senior Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across all regulatory and quality activities within the business, with responsibility spanning cosmetics, food supplements, medical devices and general products/toys.

The role will ensure products, claims, documentation and quality systems meet regulatory requirements and retailer expectations across all relevant markets.

Alongside leading the regulatory function across the business, this role will oversee quality systems and governance, with a particular focus on the controls and processes required to support compliant and scalable medical device operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
